Our owner’s grandfather was a long-time plumber who performed great work and connected with his community. Many of the people he served never trusted another plumber. They only called him for their plumbing needs during his 30+ year career.
When our owner started in the industry, he wanted to follow his grandfather’s steps. He especially wanted to do so after seeing some of the practices of other plumbers. Many companies prioritized making money before the people they served and sacrificed quality for speed. As a response, he founded Crystal Water Plumbing, a company that does things the old-fashioned way: providing excellent services and building relationships.
