When my water heater failed, I bought a new one and needed someone to disconnect the old and reconnect the new one. On Yelp, Crystal Water Plumbing was the 1st company in the listing, which I requested availability and price. I believe it was Dustin that texted me saying that he was headed for Gettysburg to do a job and would stop by to see what I had and give me an estimate. 1.5 hours later my old one was out and my new one was installed! They were very easy to talk to and very considerate! Kudos to Dustin and Travis, they were the best!

Crystal Water came out immediately when I called them about my main sewer line being backed up. The plumber I called before was going to make me wait a few days until they were going to do anything. When they realized that I had to replace my whole sewer line, they were able to fix it that same day! I have had no problems since it was fixed. I am beyond grateful for Crystal Water.

I had reached out to him before we finished building our new home in Bunker Hill and explained that we would need to install a water softener system in the home. With just a few simple pictures he was able to assess the situation and recommended a great water softening system for us.
